Valhalla has a better Assassin/Isu story. Odyssey has a better everything else. Odyssey, Valhalla felt bland, janky and unpolished with alot of bugs on release. Odyssey has been one of my favourite game experiences and I definitely prefer it over Valhalla. I love the setting as well as Kassandra's character.
Valhalla has about 250% more quality control than Odyssey. It is, however, long as shit, and does get a bit "samey" after a while. About 30 hours in here, so a lot yet to do and unlock, but I think it's closer to Origins than Odyssey. If Origins is in one end and Odyssey is on another, Valhalla is right in the middle.
Graphics are important for me, but aren't everything in a game afterall.. so I'm also wondering about how they are gameplay wise. From some looking online, I see a lot of people saying that origins is a more "traditional" Assassin's Creed game, while Odyssey is a better RPG. Is this true in your opinion?
Valhalla. Odyssey was a mess and tried to be Witcher 3. It learned nothing from the mistakes of Origins. Valhalla looks better, runs smoother, ALLOWS YOU TO PLAY LIKE AN ASSASSIN and tries to merge the best of an open world with classic AC elements.
Especially with the inconsistent writing in the modern day, and soo many things being left untold or unfinished. So much so that Valhalla had to redeem a lot of narrative things that Origins and Odyssey failed to explain and connect. But at the end, this is all meaningless. On an objective level Odyssey is the better game.
The art style and the atmosphere in origins are really great.. also some graphical aspects are better than odyssey but there's still some little things that are better in odyssey.. fun fact: there's a few visual effects & features completely missing in odyssey that're present in origins.. so yea I'd say overall origins has better graphical fidelity.. if u want a detailed comparison watch a
Ac Origins vs Ac Odyssey and Valhalla. Who else thinks that Origins is way way more better than Odyssey and Valhalla. I think that Origins is one of the best ever assassin's creeds ever and that Odyssey and Valhalla are not even near Origins.
